1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bdok" refers to the bdok online gaming platform, its operators, affiliates, and service providers operating under the domain bdok.vu.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the bdok platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account held by an individual on the bdok platform.
• "Platform" means the bdok website, mobile-optimised interface, games lobby, sportsbook, live casino, and all associated features available at bdok.vu.
• "Funds" refers to the real-money balance held within a player's bdok wallet, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bets, free spins value, or any non-cashable balance awarded to a player under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that bdok may require players to complete before processing withdrawals or in response to regulatory obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the bdok platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law or bdok's internal policy.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bdok platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the bdok Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bdok. If you do not accept these terms, you are not permitted to use the bdok platform. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

bdok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact email address associated with their account. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

3 Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The bdok platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any part of the bdok platform, including free-play modes, promotional features, and the live casino lobby. 21+

By completing the registration process, you expressly represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. bdok reserves the right to request official proof of age (such as a national identity card, passport, or driving licence) at any point. Accounts where age verification fails or is not completed within a stipulated timeframe will be suspended, and any funds in the account wallet will be held pending resolution.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the bdok platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bdok is an offshore gaming platform. By registering, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you, and that you are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. bdok does not accept registrations from certain jurisdictions and reserves the right to decline or close any account where the player's location is identified as a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

3.3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on bdok, you are required to create a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must not register using false, incomplete, or misleading information. bdok reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bdok platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a breach of these terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

3.4 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If your contact details, payment method, or personal information changes, you must update your account promptly. bdok is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdok account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must not permit any other person to access or use your account. All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdok support immediately at [email protected]. bdok will investigate reported security incidents but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

bdok offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for all registered accounts. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA through their account security settings. bdok reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time, including at the point of withdrawal or where unusual account activity is detected.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request within your account. bdok reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals for fully verified (KYC-complete) accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes for mobile wallet channels including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. bdok makes no binding guarantee as to withdrawal processing times and is not liable for delays caused by payment service providers, banking system outages, or third-party processing issues.

5.4 Currency

All funds held in bdok player wallets are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). No currency conversion fees are applied by bdok on BDT deposits or withdrawals. Where a payment provider applies its own conversion or service fee, that cost is borne by the player.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

bdok operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. bdok reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction and to delay or decline processing where AML obligations require it. Any attempt to use the bdok platform to launder funds or conduct fraudulent financial activity will result in immediate account suspension and a report to relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bdok offers various bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal promotional campaigns to eligible registered players. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where any conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail in relation to that promotion.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. 21+
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be used in accordance with the stated wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• bdok reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained by misuse of promotional systems, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim a single offer, will be voided and associated accounts suspended.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified for each promotion. Bonuses and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry of that window will be forfeited.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

Where a welcome bonus is offered to new players, it will be subject to a minimum qualifying deposit, a stated wagering requirement multiplier, and a time limit. The qualifying deposit must be made using real funds (not Bonus Funds from another promotion). Full welcome bonus terms will be published on the bdok promotions page at the time the offer is live.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the bdok platform are subject to the game-specific rules published within the relevant game or betting market interface. In the event of a technical fault, network disruption, or game error that affects the outcome of a wager or game round, bdok reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's wallet. bdok's decision in such matters is final.

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic cricket fixtures, the ICC for international matches, or FIFA for football). In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or otherwise incomplete event, bet settlement rules specific to that sport and market type will apply as published in the bdok sportsbook rules section.

7.2 Live Casino Games

Live dealer games on bdok are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined in real time by live human dealers and are not controlled by bdok. All providers used by bdok operate certified random and fair dealing processes. bdok acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for errors, outages, or disputes arising within the third-party game studio environment beyond its reasonable control.

7.3 RNG Games & Slots

All random number generator (RNG) based games, including slots, virtual table games, and instant-win games available on the bdok platform, use certified RNG technology. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate as provided by the relevant game provider and verified by independent testing where available. Past results of RNG games have no bearing on future outcomes.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdok platform:

• Registering more than one player account, or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or account details without their express consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, spin slots, interact with live games, or otherwise use the bdok platform.
• Exploiting any error, bug, or technical vulnerability in the bdok platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from an exploited error will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to the events on which bdok offers betting markets.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in table games or live casino environments.
• Using the bdok platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or facilitate any form of financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit transaction made to the bdok platform through your payment provider after the funds have been used for wagering.
• Accessing or attempting to access the bdok platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdok platform, including but not limited to the bdok brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, software code, game content (where licensed to bdok), written content, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of bdok or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdok platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bdok platform without the prior written consent of bdok.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

bdok collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bdok.vu/privacy-policy. By using the bdok platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

bdok implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect player data in transit and at rest. bdok will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where required for payment processing, identity verification, regulatory compliance, or as required by law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdok's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made to your bdok account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdok is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the bdok platform, even if bdok has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

bdok does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, and events outside bdok's reasonable control (including internet service provider outages, natural disasters, or governmental action) may cause temporary unavailability. bdok is not liable for losses incurred during any period of platform unavailability.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12 Responsible Gaming

bdok is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. If you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic, bdok strongly encourages you to make use of the tools available on the platform and to seek external support.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bdok players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a notification to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from gambling for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a long-term self-exclusion from the bdok platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the bdok support team and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

bdok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 8.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• bdok is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• bdok has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct by or through the account.
• The player's account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months.

You may close your bdok account at any time by contacting the support team. Where an account is closed voluntarily and there is no outstanding bonus wagering requirement, any remaining real-money wallet balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification.

Where bdok terminates an account due to a breach of these terms, bdok reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where fraud or prohibited activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bdok reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, registered players will be notified via their account email address. Your continued use of the bdok platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you disagree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the bdok platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these terms.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bdok is registered as an offshore gaming operator. Players agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are encouraged to contact the bdok support team in the first instance, as many issues can be resolved promptly through direct communication. bdok will respond to all formal complaints received in writing at [email protected] within 5 business days.

bdok does not warrant that the platform or its content complies with the laws of any specific country, including Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
